R\u00e9cup\u00e9rer la chair. des aubergines et coup\u00e9 en lamelles les poivrons.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9paration de la farce :<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dans une po\u00eale, faites chauffer un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. Ajoutez l&rsquo;\u00e9chalote et l&rsquo;ail \u00e9minc\u00e9s, puis faites revenir jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient translucides.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajoutez les poivrons, et la chair des aubergines coup\u00e9e en petits d\u00e9s. Faites cuire jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les l\u00e9gumes soient tendres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporez les tomates coup\u00e9es en d\u00e9s, salez, poivrez, et ajoutez les \u00e9pices. mijoter 2 min max sortez du four et rajouter le persil hach\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Farcir les aubergines :<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Remplissez les coques d&rsquo;aubergines avec le m\u00e9lange de l\u00e9gumes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disposez les aubergines farcies sur un plat pour servir et arrosez d&rsquo;un filet d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cuisson :<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enfournez pendant environ 15 minutes, ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les aubergines soient tendres et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Service :<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Garnissez de persil frais hach\u00e9 avant de servir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces aubergines farcies sont non seulement savoureuses, mais aussi color\u00e9es et saines.
