Ajustez l&rsquo;assaisonnement selon votre go\u00fbt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cuisson des l\u00e9gumes :<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dans une grande po\u00eale ou un wok, chauffez l&rsquo;huile de s\u00e9same \u00e0 feu moyen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajoutez l&rsquo;ail et le gingembre, et faites revenir pendant environ 1 minute.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajoutez les haricots verts et le brocoli. Faites sauter pendant environ 5 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporez les petits pois et continuez \u00e0 cuire pendant 2-3 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Assemblage :<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Versez la cr\u00e8me sur les l\u00e9gumes et m\u00e9langez bien pour enrober uniform\u00e9ment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Service :<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Retirez du feu et transf\u00e9rez les l\u00e9gumes dans un plat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saupoudrez de graines de s\u00e9same pour ajouter du croquant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce saut\u00e9 de l\u00e9gumes verts avec sa cr\u00e8me riche et savoureuse est parfait pour un repas nourrissant.
